MEASURE ONCE. CHECK TWICE.
The right cover starts with clear measurements.
Measure the spa itself, rather than relying on an old cover that may have stretched or changed shape. Record measurements in inches and ask your retailer whenever a detail is unclear.
Identify the shape.
Check the overall outline and every corner. A rounded corner and a cut corner require different measurements. Photograph unusual layouts for discussion with your retailer.
Measure the overall dimensions.
Record A as the overall length and B as the overall width, matching the orientation shown in the dealer form. For a round spa, A is the diameter. Check the widest outside dimensions carefully.
Check the corners.
Record the corner radius for rounded corners. A radius is not the distance measured diagonally across the curve. For cut corners, the form identifies the diagonal corner edge as C and the straight sides as D and E where required. If the shape does not match the guide, contact us before submitting.
Confirm the fold.
Consider cover handling and any lift mechanism. “Cut A in half” creates a horizontal fold in the form’s guide; “Cut B in half” creates a vertical fold. The fold must match the intended spa orientation.
Finish and review.
Confirm skirt length, straps, speaker locations, foam taper, color, and delivery contact information. Dealers can enter decimal or fractional inches, then review the normalized measurements before sending.
